1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are:

Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

Returned within 7 days of delivery

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll gladly:

Replace the product at no extra cost, or

Offer a refund if the item is no longer available
To process a replacement or refund, please send:

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different fragrance or bottle size), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unopened and unused.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs and price differences for the exchanged product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
